Writehand AI Writer provides tools for generating and publishing Shopify blog articles. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring that published content complies with your store policies, applicable laws, and third-party rights.

The app uses Shopify permissions that are required to read blog resources and publish blog articles. You can revoke app access by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.

Article generation uses a credit wallet. One credit generates one article. Each store receives one free article. Paid credit packs are purchased through Shopify Billing. Credits do not expire.

Credits are reserved when generation starts. A reserved credit is finalized only after generation succeeds. If generation fails, the reserved paid credit is returned or the free article allowance is restored.

AI-generated output can contain errors, omissions, or claims that require verification. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any generated article before publishing it.

You agree not to use the app to create, publish, or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable laws or Shopify policies.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Is deceptive, harmful, abusive, or intended to evade platform rules.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or compromise the app or its infrastructure.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but the app can depend on Shopify, hosting, database, automation, and AI processing providers. We may update, suspend, or modify the app to maintain security, reliability, or compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writehand is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the app.
